T-Mobile

Technical Product Manager
Working within the T-Mobile for Business organization, I ran the product pipeline for the order checkout platform. Below are a few examples of features I brought to market.

Streamlined port-ins

After T-Mobile merged with Sprint, millions of customers needed to be migrated over to the T-Mobile billing platform. My team built a micro-app and several supporting APIs which enabled customer service reps to easily process bulk port-in transactions. This feature saved thousands of hours in labor costs and quickly provided millions of Sprint customers with a full T-mobile billing experience.

Autopay Discount Eligibility

To support new discount eligibity requirements that excluded enrollment in the T-Mobile autopay billing program with a credit card, we updated our autopay enrollment flows throughout the ordering platform. This involved new UX updates, integrating with several new APIs and complex enterprise testing and QA. The program ultimately saved millions per month in credit card processing fees.
Lead Developer
While working at Radarworks I built the following site for T-Mobile.

Holiday Wishlist

This site allowed users to create a wishlist of phones, devices and accessories which they could share with friends and family via email and social networks. By creating a wishlist, users would also be entered into a contest for a chance to win the items on their list. The site included an administrative back-end to manage wishlists and contest entries, run reports and perform automatic database updates using T-Mobile's API.
