Frame

My father owned a professional photo lab in Boulder, Colorado, where I grew up. I remember being very young and playing with the loupes and lightboxes and was fascinated by all the equipment in the lab. It was a matter of course that I became interested in photography and in high school I signed up for all the photography courses I could. I spent many fond lunch hours hovering in the dark over trays of developer.

Since then I've naturally moved to digital and although I don't miss the chemicals I do miss the anticipation and magic of seeing a good shot come through. Head over to the focus section to read more about what I'm up to in photography these days or the film section to check out some of my photos.
